These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Zexlo (previously Jangras Web Services / Jangras Host) (“Zexlo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website, products, infrastructure, and cloud-based services.
By accessing or using any Zexlo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
Zexlo provides cloud computing, hosting, storage, networking, database, security, and managed services
Services are delivered over internet-based infrastructure and may include third-party integrations
All services are provided on a commercial, subscription, or usage-based model
Zexlo reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue services at any time
You must be at least 18 years of age or legally capable of entering into a contract
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
Zexlo reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts with false or misleading information
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account
You must ensure strong password practices and secure access controls
Any unauthorized access, breach, or misuse must be reported immediately
Zexlo shall not be liable for losses arising from compromised credentials
Services are provisioned based on selected plans or custom agreements
Resource allocation (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) is defined per plan
Performance may vary based on usage, configuration, and external dependencies
Zexlo may impose fair usage limits to ensure platform stability
You agree not to use Zexlo services for:
Illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
Hosting malware, phishing content, or harmful software
Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
Sending spam, bulk unsolicited communication, or abusive content
Activities that degrade or disrupt infrastructure performance
Zexlo reserves the right to investigate violations and take necessary action, including suspension or termination.
All services are chargeable as per selected pricing plans or contracts
Payments must be made in advance or as per billing cycle
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
Pricing may be revised with prior notice
Taxes, duties, and applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer
Payments are generally non-refundable unless specified in a separate refund policy
Customers may cancel services at any time
No refund will be issued for unused service periods unless explicitly agreed
Zexlo aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service
Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues
Scheduled maintenance may be conducted periodically
SLA commitments, if applicable, are defined separately
Customers retain full ownership of their data
Zexlo acts as a service provider and does not claim ownership of user content
Customers are responsible for data accuracy, legality, and compliance
Backup services may be provided depending on the selected plan
Customers are advised to maintain independent backups
Zexlo is not liable for data loss unless caused by proven negligence
Zexlo implements industry-standard security practices
Customers are responsible for securing their applications and configurations
Zexlo is not liable for breaches caused by customer-side vulnerabilities
Services may include third-party integrations (cloud providers, payment gateways, APIs)
Zexlo is not responsible for third-party performance, downtime, or policies
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms
All Zexlo platforms, systems, and technologies remain our intellectual property
Users retain rights over their own data and content
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of Zexlo assets is prohibited
Zexlo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
This includes loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding period
You agree to indemnify and hold Zexlo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of services
Legal or regulatory non-compliance
Third-party claims related to your use of services
Zexlo may suspend or terminate services without notice if:
Terms are violated
Payments are overdue
Required by law or regulatory authority
There is risk to infrastructure or security
Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.
Zexlo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Network or infrastructure failures
Cyberattacks or unforeseen incidents
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Confidential data shall not be disclosed without consent unless required by law
Zexlo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time
Updates will be published on the website
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts
Parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration as per applicable laws
Users may not assign rights without prior written consent
Zexlo may assign rights as part of business restructuring or operations
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
They supersede all prior agreements or communications
