This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments for services provided by Zexlo (previously Jangras Web Services / Jangras Host) (“Zexlo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

  • All payments made to Zexlo are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

  • Refunds, if applicable, are granted at the sole discretion of Zexlo

  • This Policy applies to all services including hosting, cloud infrastructure, storage, managed services, and related offerings


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments made by the customer

  • Payment processed successfully but service not provisioned within a reasonable time

  • Proven technical issue from Zexlo’s side that renders the service unusable

  • Incorrect billing due to system or operational error

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration, renewal, or transfer services

  • Third-party services (including but not limited to AWS, Google Cloud, APIs, or integrations)

  • Partially used or consumed services

  • Setup fees, onboarding charges, and professional services

  • Custom development or configuration work

  • Promotional, discounted, or trial-based plans


4. Subscription and Billing

  • Services are billed on a monthly, annual, or usage-based model

  • Charges are applicable from the date of service activation

  • Customers are responsible for timely payment of invoices

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel services at any time through their account or by contacting support

  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund

  • Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle unless terminated earlier


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a request within 7 days of the transaction date

  • Email your request to support@zexlo.in

  • Include relevant details such as:

    • Transaction ID

    • Service details

    • Reason for refund request

Zexlo may request additional information to process the request.


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers


8. Service Credits

  • In certain cases, Zexlo may issue service credits instead of monetary refunds

  • Credits can be used for future purchases and are non-transferable

  • Credits are valid for a limited period as specified at the time of issuance


9. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Customers are encouraged to contact Zexlo support before initiating a chargeback

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

    • Immediate suspension of services

    • Permanent account termination

    • Legal or recovery action if applicable


10. Third-Party Payments

  • Payments made for third-party services are governed by their respective refund policies

  • Zexlo is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services


11. Limitation of Liability

  • Zexlo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, are limited to the amount paid for the affected service

  • No compensation shall be provided for business loss, downtime, or data loss


12. Exceptional Circumstances

Zexlo may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional cases, including:

  • Long-term service outages caused solely by Zexlo

  • Critical system failures impacting service usability

  • Regulatory or compliance-related requirements


13. Policy Modifications

  • Zexlo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time

  • Updated versions will be published on the website

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms


14. Governing Law

  • This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of applicable courts
